Level 1 provides an Introduction to Makaton. You will learn signs and symbols from Makaton Stages 1 and 2 and some additional vocabulary. This is a one day training course provided by a Makaton Tutor from the Bristol Early Years Portage and Inclusion Team. Please note that in order to make this offer available to as many providers as possible across the city, only one space is available to each setting. Please bring your own lunch and lots of enthusiasm! Avonmouth Children’s Centre is located off Bristol Portway and there is generally plenty of on road parking.

There is a cost for this course. It is £25 per person and you will be invoiced after the course
